Uses - for cellulites, muscular cramp, oedema, poor circulation and rheumatism. Its astringency and ability to constrict blood vessel walls make it useful for varicose veins, and hemorrhoids. Oily and over-hydrated skin excessive perspiration. Useful for asthma, coughs and bronchitis. helps to regulate the menstrual cycle, relieving period pains and in the early stages of the menopause. Its astringent and deodorant properties are useful in a foot bath to reduce excessive perspiration of the feet. Helps cope with, and accept, even difficult changes; conveys a feeling of cohesion and stability.

Blends with - bergamot, clary sage, fennel, grapefruit, juniper, lavender, lemon, orange, sandalwood.
