Properties and uses - contains Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6 and F with high levels of Vitamin E. Often used as a natural anti-oxidant.  Has quite a strong odour.  A good oil for revitalising dry skin and believed to help relieve symptoms of dermatitis; helpful for tired muscles making it a good base for post-sport massage. useful addition to products, such as creams, for mature or damaged skin.
